Pick your truck to start

About 2 minutes. No setup fee. You confirm every load.

Your yes. Your rate con.

Most of the bad stories about dispatchers start the same way: a load got booked in your name before you saw it. That does not happen here.

Our truck dispatchers find the freight, work the rate and check the timing against your hours. Then the load comes to you with the lane, the miles, the pay and the appointment times. Nothing is booked until you say yes, and saying no costs you nothing.

  • You confirm every load before it is booked.
  • The rate confirmation is sent straight to you, so the numbers you agreed to are the numbers you sign.
  • Turn a load down and we keep looking. No penalty, no lecture.

Loads planned from where the day ends

Ask any driver what decides a good day and the answer is usually the last two hours of it. Where you end up when the 14-hour clock runs out matters more than one extra dollar a mile on a load that strands you on a ramp at midnight.

So that is where our planning starts. Before we pitch a load we look at the delivery window, how many hours you will have left on your 11 and your 14, and what is near the receiver for a safe night: truck stops you already use, rest areas, or a customer that lets trucks stay.

  1. 1.Delivery windows first

A 06:00 appointment 500 miles out reads very differently on a Tuesday than on a Friday. We check the timing against your clock before the load ever reaches you.

  2. 2.Reloads near a safe stop

When we line up the next load, we look for pickups that leave you room to park legally, not reloads that burn your last hour hunting for a spot.

  3. 3.Home time on the calendar

Tell us the nights you want at home. We build the outbound and return legs around them, so the trip back is planned on day one, not on day nine.

EXAMPLE

Here is what that looks like on an EXAMPLE Tuesday. You came on duty at 05:00 and drove six hours to a drop in Little Rock. You have five hours left on your 11 and about eight on your 14. A reload that picks up at 15:00 and delivers 400 miles away at 07:00 tomorrow sounds fine until you run the clock: it puts you at the receiver overnight with nowhere legal to sleep.

A dispatcher watching your hours offers the reload that picks up at 13:00 instead, gets you to a truck stop you know near the receiver by 19:00, and has you first at the door in the morning. Same lane, similar pay, a very different night.

One thing we will not pretend: we cannot reserve parking for you, and nobody can promise a spot will be open when you roll in. What we can do is give you more hours in hand and a short list of options when it is time to stop.

The squeeze is real: FHWA counted about 308,920 truck parking spaces nationwide, and ATRI now estimates one space for every 11 truck drivers.

WEEK 1

WEEK 2

4 home nights in 14 days. An EXAMPLE of how a dispatcher would plan outbound and return legs around them. Real loads depend on the freight; you still confirm each one.

One fee, the same for every truck

The fee is a percentage of the gross on loads you haul, and it is the same for every truck we run, from a 26 ft box truck to a step deck. A new MC pays 7% for the first 6 months, then drops to 5% for one truck or 4% for two or more, without you asking.

On an EXAMPLE week where one truck grosses $6,000, the standard fee comes to 300. A new MC in its first months would pay 420, and the drop happens by itself at month 6. Move the slider below to run your own numbers; nothing you type leaves your screen.

No setup fee, no minimums, no long contract. It is month-to-month, cancel with 30 days notice. If you take a week off, you pay nothing that week.

Eleven kinds of trucks, one standard of care

We dispatch 11 kinds of equipment and give each one the same attention. Pick yours to see what our dispatchers look at first. Box trucks start at 26 ft; we do not run cargo vans or sprinters.

Box truck (26 ft+)

A 26 ft box with a liftgate opens retail, appliance and LTL work a smaller truck cannot take. We look at dock hours, residential limits and whether you are CDL or non-CDL before we book.

What our dispatchers handle

  • Find loads on the major boards and through direct broker and shipper contacts
  • Negotiate the rate on every load before it reaches you
  • Send you each load to accept or decline
  • Set up carrier packets with brokers
  • Handle broker calls, check calls and delivery confirmations
  • Plan deadhead and the next reload
  • File detention and layover claims
  • Send a weekly earnings report

We work with owner-operators running under their own authority, drivers getting a new MC off the ground, and small fleets of two to ten trucks that want one desk handling the phones. Some run OTR for weeks at a time, some want to be home every night, and most are somewhere in between.

What they have in common is that they would rather spend the day driving than refreshing a load board, and they want a dispatcher who asks before booking anything.

What we are not: a broker, a truck stop, a parking service or a factoring company. We work for the carrier, and the carrier makes the final call on every load.

Most carriers who call us want one of these. Each page goes deeper on that decision.

Waiting 30 days on a broker?

Brokers often pay in 30 days or more, while fuel and parking are due today. If cash flow is the problem, factoring can turn a delivered load into money in your account sooner.

We are not a factoring company. We refer carriers to RTS Financial, and we may be paid for that referral. It does not change your dispatch fee.

Truck dispatch services, straight answers

How much does your truck dispatch service cost?

5% of the gross on loads you haul with one truck and an MC older than 6 months, 4% per truck for two or more, and 7% while your MC is under 6 months. The new-MC rate steps down on its own. There is no setup fee, no monthly minimum, and nothing is owed in a week you do not haul.

Do you plan loads around my hours of service?

Yes. Before a load reaches you we check the pickup and delivery times against your 11-hour driving limit, your 14-hour window and your weekly cycle, so the plan works on paper and on the road. You keep running your own logs; we just stop pitching loads that only work if you break them.

Can you find me parking?

We plan around known stops and tell you what is near the receiver, but we cannot reserve parking and we will never promise a spot is open. What we can do is book loads that leave you hours in hand, so when the day winds down you are choosing a stop instead of scrambling for one.

Will you protect my home time?

Your home nights go on the plan first. You tell us when you want to be home and how often, and we line up the outbound and return legs around those dates. If a load would cost you a home night, we say so before you decide on it.

Do I have to take every load you find?

No. You confirm every load before it is booked. The rate confirmation is sent directly to you. If the pay, the timing or the lane does not work for you, say no and we keep looking. There is no penalty and no quota you have to hit.

Is there a contract or setup fee?

There is no setup fee and no long contract. Service is month-to-month, cancel with 30 days notice. You can stop when it is not working for you, and we would rather earn the next week than lock you into it.

Do you dispatch new authorities?

Yes. New MCs pay 7% for the first 6 months while we build broker approvals with you, then the fee drops automatically. Some brokers will not book an MC that is only a few weeks old; we know which ones will, and we set up your carrier packets so you are ready when they say yes.

Do you dispatch cargo vans or sprinters?

No. We dispatch box trucks 26 ft and longer, hotshots, dry vans, reefers, flatbeds, step decks, power only, car haulers, dump trucks, oversize and hazmat or tanker equipment. We do not run cargo vans, sprinters or box trucks under 26 ft.

Ready for loads that end near a good stop?

About 2 minutes to apply. No setup fee. You confirm every load.
